Alcohol

No alcohol or illegal drugs may be brought into Copeland Park & Events Center. Anyone breaking the law of underage drinking or using illegal drugs will be subject to immediate ejection and criminal prosecution. The sale of alcohol can be discontinued at any time, at the discretion of Copeland Park & Events Center.

Automated Teller Machines (ATM)

For your convenience, an ATM is located in the Festival Foods Food Court.

Bag Check

Clear bags and small purses/clutches (not to exceed 8.5”) and blankets are allowed, but everything is subject to search by security. Outside food and beverage, lawn chairs, and large bags are prohibited. A full list of prohibited items is available HERE

Beverages, Food, & Containers

No beverages, food, or containers may be brought into Copeland Park & Events Center.

Cameras/Video Cameras

Professional cameras, video cameras, and tablets are not allowed within Copeland Park & Events Center. Cell phones are allowed, however video recording and flash photography are prohibited.

Cancellations

Concerts are a rain or shine event, and will go on unless extreme inclement weather is imminent. All sales are final and there are no refunds.

Clothing

Shirts and footwear must be worn at all times. Clothing with profanity, obscenities or any other offensive material deemed inappropriate is prohibited.

Commercial Photography

Media photography is permitted with Event Issued credential ONLY. No generic or news outlet media badge will be accepted. All media requests must be approved in advance. While visiting Copeland Park & Events Center you may be photographed or filmed as part of our publicity efforts.

Container Policy

Cans, coolers, glass bottles, and all other beverage containers are not permitted to be carried inside Copeland Park & Events Center.

Exchanges (Tickets)

Tickets for concerts are not able to be exchanged. All sales are final.

Firearms / Weapons

All firearms and weapons are prohibited in Copeland Park & Events Center.

Gates Open

Please review the information for each event, as gates will open at different times for each event.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards, redeemable for tickets to Loggers game or Copeland Park events, concessions, or Loggers merchandise, may be purchased at the La Crosse Loggers Ticket Office or the Games People Play Pro Shop at the stadium.

Group Outings

Have your next group outing or function at Copeland Park & Events Center! Our private cabins, party decks, or picnic tent may be available for groups attending events. Copeland Park & Events Center can also be rented out for special events. Please email Groups@LaCrosseLoggers.com for more information.

Hours of Operation

The Copeland Park and La Crosse Loggers administrative offices and merchandise store are located at 1225 Caledonia Street, La Crosse WI 54603. We are open from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with staff being available at the ballpark when gates open for events.

Internships

The La Crosse Loggers offer full-time and part-time winter and summer internships for college students. To apply, email a resume and cover letter to Ben@LaCrosseLoggers.com. More information on internships can often be found on the La Crosse Loggers ‘Employment’ page.

Kids Zone, sponsored by Altra Federal Credit Union

The Altra Kids Zone will not be available for use during special events at Copeland Park & Events Center.

Laser Pointers

Laser Pointers or any other similar item are prohibited at Copeland Park & Events Center.

Lawn Chairs

Lawn chairs are not permitted in Copeland Park & Events Center for concerts and baseball games. For other events, such as movie nights, please check the event details.

Lost & Found

Lost and Found is located at the Games People Play Pro Shop during La Crosse Loggers games. During special events, please check with the Ticket Window or merchandise stand for Lost and Found.

Ordering Tickets

Fans may order baseball tickets online at https://la-crosse-loggers.nwltickets.com, concerts tickets at https://copelandevents.com or by calling (608) 796-9553 or at the Loggers Ticket Office.

Parking

Parking is available on the side streets surrounding the park. Taxis, Uber, & Lyft are also great options. Our parking is free of charge.

Pets

Pets are not permitted in Copeland Park & Events Center (assistance dogs are permitted for guests with physical challenges).

Purses

Clear bags and small purses/clutches (not to exceed 8.5”) and blankets are allowed, but everything is subject to search by security. Outside food and beverage, lawn chairs, and large bags are prohibited. A full list of prohibited items is available HERE. Guests will be asked to return all non-permitted items back to their vehicles.

Re-Entry

Re-entry to the ballpark is not permitted. Due to security reasons, once you leave the venue, you will not be allowed back in unless you buy another ticket!

Restrooms

Restrooms are available along the main walkway, between the Games People Play Pro Shop and the Festival Foods Food Court. Additional restrooms are available on the Northwestern Mutual Club Deck when open. Portable restrooms will be available for large events.

Security

Security will be provided for large events at Copeland Park & Events Center.

Smoking

Smoking of any kind is not allowed within Copeland Park & Events Center. For large events, a special area near the front gate will be designated for smoking.

Solicitation

Solicitation, for any purpose, is not permitted on Copeland Park & Events Center property.

Tickets / Ticket Office

Fans may order tickets online, by calling (608) 796-9553 or at the Loggers Ticket Office located at 1225 Caledonia Street.

Umbrellas

Umbrellas are not allowed inside Copeland Park & Events Center for concerts.

Wheelchair Seating

Wheelchair seating is located along the main walkway through the grandstand.

Will Call

If you order tickets by phone, you can have your tickets held at Copeland Park & Events Center for pick-up. Will Call tickets can be picked up at the designated window at the Ticket Window.
